When you meet with a Customer Services Manager at any of our Direct English Centres, you will take a comprehensive computer based test with an oral part that will establish your true level of English. 

The Customer Services Manager will guide you through this test and discuss your results with you to ensure you start at the correct level within our comprehensive learning programme.
