To become a Direct English/Linguaphone Unit Licensee in your chosen territory means meeting some very exacting standards.
 You are successful, ambitious, energetic, motivated with an astute business mind - a natural leader wanting a degree of independence to exercise your own flair for business.
You will likely be someone with a track record at the highest level of management and a strong sales and marketing focus to build presence in your marketplace before and after the launch of your business.
Initially, you are likely to have to fill the roles of managing director, finance director, sales director and personnel director yourself. Building and leading the right management team to help you succeed is part of the challenge that comes later.

You will be comfortable in setting and achieving demanding targets for yourself and your business, with access to the financial resources required to develop and support your English language training centre on an ongoing basis.
